A little introduction

I am Richard Bain from Johannesburg South Africa , I have been in the hospitality industry since leaving school and have worked in many different catering positions here and abroad . I currently work in the corporate environment and have a passion for canape and cocktail snacks . I have also developed a passion for tasting different types of beer and would like to try and bring these together by following the relatively unexplored path in South Africa of beer and food pairings.

    The world of beer and wine matching is huge here in Melbourne...
